CS2 Sensitivity Converter

CS2 sensitivity converter for Valorant, Apex, Overwatch 2, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege and Call of Duty, with cm/360, inches/360 and DPI changes.

How to use the sensitivity converter

  1. Under Convert from, pick the game you already play and enter its sensitivity and your mouse DPI.
  2. Under Convert to, pick the game you want to match. The result updates as you type.
  3. If you are changing DPI at the same time, enter the new DPI on the right. Otherwise leave it as it is.
  4. Enter the result in that game's mouse settings. For CS2, CS:GO, CS 1.6 and CS: Source you can copy the console command instead.

The table under the result shows the same aim in every supported game at once. Press Use on a row to make that game the target.

How the conversion works

Every shooter turns the camera by a fixed angle for each count your mouse reports, multiplied by your sensitivity. That angle is the game's yaw. CS2 uses 0.022 degrees per count, so at sensitivity 1 and 800 DPI, one inch of mouse movement turns you 17.6 degrees.

The converter keeps your cm/360 the same. That is the distance you move the mouse to turn a full circle, and it is the only number that compares directly between games.

  • cm/360 = 360 ÷ (DPI × sensitivity × yaw) × 2.54
  • New sensitivity = old sensitivity × old yaw × old DPI ÷ (new yaw × new DPI)
Game Yaw (degrees per count) CS2 sensitivity ×
CS2, CS:GO, CS 1.6, CS: Source 0.022 1
Apex Legends 0.022 1
Valorant 0.07 0.3143
Overwatch 2 0.0066 3.3333
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Black Ops 6, Warzone 0.0066 3.3333
Fortnite 0.005555 per 1% 3.9604 (gives %)
Rainbow Six Siege 0.00572958 3.8397

The yaw values agree across the published converters at csdb.gg, metabot.gg and Recharge, checked in November 2026.

Notes for each game

  • CS2: the Mouse Sensitivity slider runs from 0.1 to 8, according to the game's settings files. For values outside that range, use the console command.
  • Fortnite: the result is a percentage, as shown on Fortnite's sensitivity slider. Enter 6.4 for 6.4%.
  • Rainbow Six Siege: the converter assumes the default MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit of 0.02 in GameSettings.ini. If you changed it, the result will not match. When the result is not a whole number, the converter also shows the nearest whole number and how much it changes your cm/360.
  • Call of Duty: the 0.0066 value is confirmed for Modern Warfare III, Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Newer releases were not checked, so confirm with a 360 test.
  • PUBG: not included yet. The converters we checked use different PUBG values, so we could not verify which one is right.
  • Scoped and ADS sensitivity: the converter matches normal (hipfire) turning only. Aim-down-sights and scope settings are separate in every game.

Tips for switching games

  • Do a 360 test. Line your crosshair up on a sharp edge, move the mouse the cm/360 distance shown, and check that you land on the same edge.
  • Turn off mouse acceleration in each game. With acceleration, the distance changes with how fast you move.
  • Expect a different desktop cursor when you change DPI. Your in-game turn speed stays the same as long as you use the converted sensitivity.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert Valorant sensitivity to CS2?

Multiply your Valorant sensitivity by about 3.18 at the same DPI, because Valorant's yaw of 0.07 is 3.18 times CS2's 0.022. For example, 0.4 in Valorant is 1.273 in CS2. The converter does the math and gives you the console command.

How do I convert CS2 sensitivity to Valorant?

Divide your CS2 sensitivity by 3.18, which is the same as multiplying it by 0.314. A CS2 sensitivity of 1.25 becomes about 0.393 in Valorant at the same DPI.

Is Apex Legends sensitivity the same as CS2?

Yes. Both games turn 0.022 degrees per mouse count at sensitivity 1, so the same number at the same DPI gives the same turn speed. You can copy your sensitivity across without converting it.

What does cm/360 mean?

It is how far you move the mouse to turn 360 degrees in game. A higher number means slower aim. Because it measures your hand movement, it compares directly between games and mice.

How do I keep my CS2 sensitivity when I change DPI?

Multiply your sensitivity by your old DPI divided by your new DPI. For example, 2.0 at 400 DPI becomes 1.0 at 800 DPI. In the converter, set CS2 on both sides and change only the DPI on the right.

Does the converter change my scoped or ADS sensitivity?

No. It matches normal turning only. In CS2, scoped aim uses the Zoom Sensitivity Multiplier, which is a separate setting applied on top of your sensitivity. Other games handle aim-down-sights in their own way, so set those separately.

Why is PUBG not in the sensitivity converter?

The published converters we checked give PUBG different values, so we could not confirm the right one. We left it out rather than risk a wrong number.
