eDPI Calculator
Calculate CS2 eDPI and cm/360, and convert your sensitivity when you change mouse DPI.
What eDPI means
eDPI is your mouse DPI multiplied by your in-game sensitivity. It gives you one number to compare setups: 800 DPI at 1.25 and 400 DPI at 2.5 are both 1,000 eDPI, so they turn the same distance for the same hand movement.
What cm/360 means
cm/360 is how far you move the mouse to turn a full circle. CS2 uses a default yaw of 0.022 degrees per mouse count, so the formula is 360 / (0.022 × eDPI) × 2.54. A higher number means slower aim and more arm movement.
How to keep your sensitivity when you change DPI
Divide your current eDPI by the new DPI. The calculator does this for you and gives the console command to paste into CS2. Your turning speed stays the same, though cursor speed on the desktop will change with DPI.
The calculator assumes the default m_yaw value. If you have changed it, your real cm/360 will differ.
